Urbigandora Technologies provides innovative artificial intelligence solutions, including AI strategy consulting, custom model development, machine learning implementation, NLP solutions, predictive analytics, AI platform integration, autonomous systems development, and AI ethics & governance consulting. The specifics of any service engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or equivalent agreement.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Engaging in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Services, or any other systems or networks connected to the Services.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urbigandora Technologies, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Travis County, Austin, Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

8. Changes to Terms

Urbigandora Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
